This significant growth highlights the airport's ongoing efforts to attract travelers and solidify its position as a key gateway to Tuscany and beyond. Not only has it surpassed pre-pandemic levels from Q4 2019, but it also marks the strongest quarter for passenger volume since the global pandemic began.

Examining the Q4 passenger data reveals a story of remarkable recovery and exceeding expectations. Compared to the pre-pandemic Q4 2019, Q4 2023 passenger volume has surged by an impressive 6.98%. While other quarters witnessed positive rebounds, none reached pre-pandemic levels. However, Q4 2023 stands out, not only surpassing 2019 but also outperforming all other post-pandemic quarters, including Q4 2022.
